Under - graduate Dr. Abd-Allah was officially in-charge of under-graduate courses in Gynecology, obstetrics, Artificial Insemination, In vitro fertilization, Embryo freezing and Reproductive cytogenetics as well as supervision of practical training for scholars in Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Beni-Suef, University (from 1995 to present)

Post - graduate Dr. Abd-Allah was officially in-charge of post-graduate courses in Gynecology, obstetrics, Artificial Insemination, In vitro fertilization, Embryo freezing and Reproductive cytogenetics as well as supervision of research Egypt

scholars for their M.V. Sci., Ph.D and Diploma of Gynecology, Artificial Insemination. Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Beni-Suef University.

Dr. Abd-Allah was officially in-charge to give lectures in Gynecology, obstetrics, Artificial Insemination, In vitro fertilization, Embryo freezing and Reproductive cytogenetics for veterinarians in Organization of Vet. Med. Services, Ministry of Agriculture (2003 to present).

Clinical and Laboratory expertise

Cryopreservation of embryos, oocytes, semen and testis tissue

Non-surgical (bovine) and surgical (ovine) embryo collection/transfer

Artificial insemination (bovine, buffalo, equine, ovine)

In-vitro fertilization (bovine, buffaloes)

Pregnancy diagnosis and reproductive tract scoring by rectal palpation and ultrasound

Semen collection and processing (bovine, ovine, equine,)

Radioimmunoassay of gonadotropins and steroid hormones

Cell and tissue culture, DNA and RNA isolation, gel electrophoresis, PCR and quantitative RT-PCR

and western blotting

Light and phase-contrast microscopy

Accomplishments

· Development of a new cryopreservation method for Buffalo oocytes.

· Development of a new cryopreservation method for Buffalo embryos.

· Development of a new cryopreservation protocol for Buffalo ovaries

· Production of buffalo embryos through In-vitro fertilization.

· Production of buffalo embryos from cryopreserved immature oocytes.

· Production of buffalo embryos from cryopreserved mature oocytes.

· Production of buffalo embryos from cryopreserved ovaries.

· Refinement of cattle and buffaloes semen freezing protocol.

· Production of cattle, buffaloes and goat through Artificial Insemination

· Reproductive heard health management and treatment of reproductive disorders in Cattle and Buffaloes.
